TTC @ HUKM - Second attempt with femara

Assalammualaikum and good day everyone!

Looks like last month's attempt is a total bfn. Well it is ok, coz we didnt expect much on the 1st attempt right. Well let me recap what have we done last cycle.

We took femara for 5 days starting day 2-5. Then we had a tvs on day 10 with 2 potential follicle with size 10mm on the right ovary and 1 follicle with size 11mm on the left ovary. Then another tvs on day 13, but with only 1 potential follicle sized 18mm on the left. So after discussing with doc maiza (a phd student under prof hashim), we triggered with ovidrel the next day and BD 36 hours later. However, doc maiza noted that since i had questionable ectopic pregnancy on my left tube last ivf, maybe my tube is not healthy enough to done its job or worse, not function anymore. But doc maiza asked us to have faith and just try. We had our beta hcg done on 10dpo and the result is less than 2. Af came on cd32.

So, we just came back for another visit to prof hashim, and despite of the left tube issue, he is very satisfied with my cycle last month as my af came 14 days after i ovulate. So he said that im ovulating, that is the good news. I also asked him whether we need another HSG done for the left tube, but he said, if it is blocked, u still have another tube functioning. So, we postpone the HSG procedur to try for another cycle as we are very optimist about my body for now.

Prof provide me with another femara, same dose 7.5mg, to be taken starting today (cd2-cd5) and come back for a scan on cd14. However since this month will be the month of ramadhan, tvs will not take place, just a normal abdominal scan will do. I dont know if the sonographer can actually sees the follicle grew using this abdominal scan. It is hard to see. Hurm..

Well, do pray for this cycle to be a miracle one! May this bless month give us hope and joy of ibadah and also, babies! Amin.. Happy celebrating ramadhan my fellow friends! Keep ttcing and keep praying for us too!!

My IVF Journey - S8 appointment

assalammualaikum wbt

Hari ni stumulation day 8, means hari terakhir untuk suntikan pergoveris, dan hari ke3 suntikan orgalutron.

Appointment dgn doc A dlm kol 11 td alhamdulillah berjln lancar. Eventho dpt turn no 10, tp sbb ramai xde dpn klinik, dpt skip 4 org huhu.. TVS nmpk byk gile telur n roughly je doktor cek saiz.. Mmg besar2.. Ade 17.5, ade 16.7.. Doktor nmpk puas hati dgn saiz skrg tp doc pun takut dgn potensi OHSS. So, doc kate proceed OPU khamis ni 13/8/15 kol 10pg. So kena daftar wad kol 7pg. Regime ubat pun bertukar. Orgalutron lg 2 dos, 1 inject mlm ni kol 11, satu lg inject esok pg kol 10pg. Then mlm kol 11pm 11/8/15 inject decapeptyl 2 dose sekali. Ptg 12/8/15, kol 6pm mkn dulcolax 2 biji n puasa tp bole lg minum air, n puasa semua mknn n minuman start kol 12am. Sblm balik tadi, doktor mintak suami buat ujian hep B and HIV, sy pun kena buat tp 12/8/15, sehari sblm opu. Doktor jugak bg ubat 3 bijik carbegoline untuk elak potensi OHSS. Yg ni mkn lps opu, but doc xbgtau mcm mne nk mkn. Semua ubat nnt saya review dlm post review ubat k.

Masa scan sempat tanye doktor, rase2 nye brape telur dpt ni. Die kate ade dlm 15 ni..tp sbb awk pcos takut ade yg kosong. So hope semua berjln lancar opu nnt. Sejak inject orgalutron, rase senak dah berkurang, tp mmg rase berat dgn perut..mcm rase terbakar (burning sensation) pun ade kdg2..tp klu baring mmg sedap xde rase sgt, tp mmg lenguh la..yela asyik baring je kejenye..lps opu nnt..ade mse bertenang since nk freeze all, so nk g berurut la kjp, hehe.. Ade suggestion x urut sedap area s alam?

And sy nk wat entry pasal kos ivf bile semua da selesai inshaAllah.

5th appointment Hosp Pantai Bangsar: Bad News again

Assalammualaikum wbt dan selamat hari raya.

last appointment dgn doc adilah sebelum raya aritu. lepas 2 hari observe ade telur besar 15mm, but scan balik telur tu still besar tu je..huaaa sedih betul..huhu..tp xpe..doc kate mungkin telur sy lmbt membesar..try naturally dulu. no trigger were given that day. n doc bagi duphaston utk kuatkan rahim incase preggy.

so, 21/7 - 2 telur 15mm
23/7 - 1 telur 15mm
duphaston 30/7-13/8

doc bagi option untuk next treatment incase this time fail, sama ada guna suntikan untuk trigger telur membesar or buat ovarian drilling since banyak cyst2 kecik keliling ovary. the best option if drilling la but cost about 15-18k! which i dont have any insurance covered for this surgery. klu guna ubat suntik shj, chances die same cm mkn clomid je since i punya ovari dah penuh dgn cyst, tkut telur xleh membesar jgk.

we wanna opt for drilling if we are financially stable in the next few months inshaAllah..

btw, how is your raya so far? me? alhamdulillah most of the relative prayed for our future kids..ade la sorg yg celupar but sorg dlm 20 org xde efek mane kan..hehe..

husband mcm dah xsabar nk ade baby..yela kwn2 baya die dah anak 3...huhu..sabar ye, inshaAllah ada rezeki kita nanti.

3rd appointment: Hosp Pantai

kali ke 3 jumpa doc adillah, da bole calm down sbb sebelum ni gabra semcm smpai nk tnye pape semua xleh..haha..

ok kali ni cek telur je, sbb last time ade yg 12mm tu kan, so bile tgk hari ni, 12 mm tu dah xde, tinggal sac je yg da meleper doc kate. dan good news sbb rahim menebal 8mm(ke cm ek) which is sesuai untuk implantation dan doc tgk ade cecair dlm rahim which biasanya cecair ovulation! rahim pun wane putih which mcm tanda2 ovulation.. but bile doc cek balik note die, die prasan yg last time jmpe doc pun rahim putih..n i pun mention yg last week ade keputihan wane hijau n doc pun mengeluh sbb mungkin ade infection..
but doc kate who knows kan..rezeki mmg betul i ovulate..

so, doc bg duphaston again for 2 weeks starting today, then hari terakhir duphaston try cek upt, if negative, wait for the period, if positif, kena cont amik duphaston.

so, the 2ww begins..semoga ada rezeki bulan yg mulia ini..

owh btw ade tnye doc psl result insulin yg lepas, doc kate belum thp nk diabetis or insulin resistance lg but going to which bila umur da 35 above da kne cek drh setiap thun. for now, ia just mengganggu hormon nk pregnant sbb insulin pun hormon kan..so metformin nnt utk stabilizekan hormon je..fuhhh lega!

p/s: bulan ramadhan ni banyak nk doa! tp yg penting kena doa diampunakn dosa agar ramadhan xsia2..

2nd Appointment: Hosp Pantai

Setelah dapat call dari nurse ida tentand vit d, esoknye mmg ade appointment dgn doc adilah. this time appointment sangat cepat 10 mins je jmpe docs..huhu.

so hari ni review all the lab result..keputusan sangat mendukacitakan:

1. vit D mmg rendah

2. insulin sangat tinggi (18.8!)

so doc suspect insulin resistant kot eventho doc xmention pun. but doc plan to start ubat turunkn gula dlm darah, mungkin metformin lepas pose nanti sbb takut hypo bile amik time pose. n of cos vit D supplement 1000iu 2 kali sehari..banyak kan?? huhu..

then TVS again nk cek telur sbb aritu time cd3-7 ade amik clomid 100mg. so, as usual, cyst sgt banyak n ade 1 telur 12mm the biggest among other but doc ckp still kecik utk cd13..biasanya 12mm ni cd6..huu..xpe doc kate mungkin die membesar so hari isnin 23rd ni dtg lg cek telur. but i couldnt manage to come that day, so doc kate dtg sehari lmbt pun xpe tp tkut da ruptures la telur tu xdpt monitor, xpe yg penting kena bersama selang sehari. ok doc!

sblm jmpe doc sempat lg melawat kwn kat wad, dia nk wat laps ptg tu..first time jmpe biasa wassup je..hehe..hope u r doing fine sis.. n dpt conceive lepas ni! amin..

hurm, cmne nk turunkan level insulin ek? da la nk pose ni..eksesais mcm tak je..huhu.

1st appointment: Dr Adillah Pantai Hospital

lepas seminggu appointment baru berkesempatan nk tulis blog. 

btw, pade sesiapa yang baru follow blog saya (ade ke?perasan..hehe) saya baru je tukar doctor yg sebelum ni saya wat ngn doc hamizah LPPKN..but due to certain reasons, kami beralih arah ke Dr Adillah di Pantai Hospital Bangsar.

kisahnya bermula, pada pertemuan pertama..

memandangkan ini kali pertama jumpa doc adillah, so kena dtg awal untuk tau cmne flow hosp pantai ni. so we manage to reach there at 7.30am. parking kat basement than pegi ke lobby hospital. tanye receptionist mane klinik doc adilah. so, if sesiapa yang xtau lagi, cari atm then nnt nmpak starbuck, terus lagi nmpk lift. naik tingkat 4 than keluar nampak kaunter pendaftaran belah kanan. kalau dtg pepagi cam saya ni, of coz xde org dtg keje lagi..tp no giliran dah boleh ambik.. rupenye nombor giliran manual. hehe..so pegi cari bakul isi nombor giliran atas kaunter tu, cari ikut name doctor anda tau sebab kat situ ade byk lagi klinik run by other docs. so bila da ambik, utk 1st timer, kena isi borang pendaftaran, if yg regular, just kepilkan nombor giliran anda dengan kad appointment. 

hari tu kami dapat no 7. ingatkan kejap, lama jugak tunggu, dlm kol 10 lebih baru jumpe doc. nak di pendekkan cerita, bilik doc adillah sangat comel dan cantik! i like the furniture, ala2 english gitu. well, she seem very serius and tired jugak kot haritu, tp die layan kami sangat superb!. die tnye history semua, review balik semua result saya buat kat lppkn, tgk balik HSG xray. dan buat TVS. so mcm full assessemnt la. 

upon TVS examination, saya n suami terkejut dgn ape yg doc bgtau which never ever any doc mention this to me ever before. doc kate my uterus is flex! usually normal uterus is flex towards bladder, but mine is flex backward!. but doc kate this is not a major thing, it is like some people is right handed and some people is left handed. but ade sebab kenapa jadi flex. so doc suspect endometriosis. suspect shj sebab doc kne wat further test utk confrimkan. 

after that doc kire ketebalan rahim. doc kate rahim saya kecik macam budak kecik..maybe sebab dah lame xde stimulation dari estrogen sbb xde folikel. then doc tgk ovaries. sekali tgk je doc mmg ckp pcos sbb 1 ovary je dah ade 14 cyst..belum masuk yg sebelah lg. utk diagnose pcos kena ade lbh kurang 10 cyst sekurang2 nya.

dan bila doc review blood work dr lppkn, byk rupenye test yang xberapa nak penting diambil dan yg paling sadis, rupenye tarikh blood taken kat lab result tu semua die tulis tarikh yg sama! padahal blood amik time cd3 lah, cd 21 lah..kan tarikh lain2 tu..hish...but result sperm husband is valid. so saya kena amik blood semula dan kena cek Vit D level jugak. 

dan HSG xray pun xberapa nak cantik sebab doc prefer result yg ade time frame per second time dye tu di inject.. so bole tau part mane ade occlusion ke or part mane sempit..hurm...

so kesimpulan pertemuan kami hari ini:

1. saya confirm ade PCOS

2. baru tau rahim flex or kate org melayu, rahim terbalik

3. propability ade endometriosis

sebelum balik doc bagi ubat clomid makan time cd3 smpai habis. then duphaston untuk induce period bulan ni, then doc nasihat mkn multivit n folic acid.

total bil: RM250 full assessment consultation, RM250 blood lab work, RM40 clomid, RM 150 consultation.

Last 13th mei was my CD1, alhamdulillah gembira sebab leh start treatment bulan ni! sepatutnya period datang around 6th tu, but sbb xabes lg dos duphaston, so delaylah seminggu. so, rabu 14th tu terus call lppkn utk set appointmnt. but sgt2 kecewa bila PA dr hamizah kate doc xavailable minggu ni utk jumpe. dah la cd4 saya ari jumaat, sabtu cd5. so mmg xleh nk wat appointment la..pujuk nurse tu, bole ke doc prescribe ubat base on my record then i g amik ubat je, sbb klu jmpe doc pn doc bkn leh scan ke ape kan.. nurse tu kate xleh..hish..geram betul.. by right bole je sbb doc still monitor i punya perkembangan sbb segala scan bagai time da abes period nnt. da la this is my last treatment sblm bln pose..serius down gile..terus pm kwn2 ttc mintk pendapat.. then diorg suggest utk wat appointment dgn doc Adilah, hosp pantai. so, tnpa pikir panjang terus je call nurse ida, & alhamdulillah dpt set appointmnt ngn dr adilah cd12 nnt, bersamaa 23rd, friday. husband pun support sbb die kate xnk membazir waktu tunggu lps pose baru wat treatment.. mane tau ngn doc adilah ni leh fast track kan...inshaAllah..

but the main concern here is money la.. semlm ade kwn ttc first time jmpe dr adilah kne lbh kurang rm1k! wahh..tabung mane nk korek ni~~~ huhu..tp hubby kate jgn risau ngn duit, duit boleh dicari..xyah berkira sgt dlm hal anak..alhamdulillah..hubby sgt sporting.. :))

so, here we go, tunggu 23rd nnt utk jmpe doc yg femes tu..hehe

7th appointment LPPKN - postpone IUI

it takes a while to get my rational state of mind to write this post.

18/4/14 (Jumaat) lepas saya g final scan utk cek saiz telur after another 2 jab on puregon 50iu, the the result is very frustrating. telur semua xmembesar dan byk. saiz lbh kurang sama mcm last time scan iaitu 9-10mm shj. doc kate sy xrespon langsung pd ubat. so iui terpaksa postpone ke next cycle. sedih T_T. tp doc kate have faith because we believe miracle things happen here. ade je yg kes mcm awk tp end up pregnant tau, kate doc hamizah. thanks for this support doc. tp seriusly sedih..hurm..

dah la g scan sorg2  aritu..time drive balik tu xrase pape sgt..bile smpai uma terus masuk bilik xkuar2..hubby balik kjp je..die tnye cmne semua..sy jwb membase basi je..tp die xpasan la yg sy tgh sedih gile.. then die kuar g kje balik.. so mlm tu nanges sorg2 dlm bilik..tepon ummi..nanges..pastu xtahan msj hubby suro balik teman nanges..baru hubby perasan yg i tgh sedih..haha..my hubby is so naive..isteri sedih pun xperasan..ape la...huhu..die terus rush balik..then nanges puas2 lagi smpai mate bengkak..

esknye xkuar bilik smpai pukul 10 lebih..kuar pn sbb lapa..then selubung ngn selimut lg..huu..

ya Allah berilah kekuatan...tunggu period or period delay..

6th appointment LPPKN

Assalammualaikum wbt..

pagi tadi appointment dengan Dr Hamizah utk scan telur (CD10). dan sangat mengecewakan sebab telur paling besar pun dlm 10mm..tu pun ade 2 je telur besar ru :(. Doc bagi puregon 50iu utk 2 kali shot (15/4 & 17/4) then 18/4 which is friday appointment untuk scan balik. doc kate sehari telur boleh membesar dlm 1-2mm. so dlm 4 hari ni yg 10 tu je jadi 18 atleast..amin..

Hope for the best, but all according to Allah's will. if ade rezeki bulan ni, ade la kan. :)

Moga telur2 ku membesar dengan matangnya sebelum 18/4 ni..amin...

total treatment:

Consultation: RM10
TVS: RM20
Inj Puregon 50iu x 2 : RM120
TOTAL: RM180.

4th & 5th appointment LPPKN

baru balik dari LPPKN terus semangat nk tulis..ok dah lame xupdate ye x..meh imbas kembali rawatan saya

so 3/4/14 (khamis) merupakan hari CD21 so g lppkn pagi2 utk amik darah. then nurse kate tunggu next period, bila 1st day period datang terus call lppkn utk set appointment jumpe Dr Hamizah CD2-5.

expected period around 12-14hb ni, tp yela pcos mmg dijangka2 datang period bila kan.. nk dijadikan cerita, ahad lepas (6/4/14) tgh syok cuci toilet tiba2 gedebuk! tergelincir jatuh...lebam jugak la punggung n sakit senak perut..risau jugak jatuh2 ni kan..then maghrib tu tiba2 ade spotting..sudah..awal sungguh period ini kali..ke sebab jatuh :(..tunggu punya tunggu esok pagi darah mmg banyak so mmg period..maybe jatuh tu induce period nk kuar kot.. jadi ptg isnin call lppkn utk set appointment..dlm hati doa byk2 nk set hari selasa sbb ptg selasa smpai jumaat kena outstation plak ke sabah..dan alhamdulillah dapat appointment selasa pagi 8/4/14 kol 7.30 (CD3).

8/4/14 (selasa)
so as usual, husband punya nk elak jam kat kl, kol 6.15 lps subuh dah bertolak. smpai lppkn kol 6.45am..haha mcm pelesit bwk..tido jp dlm kete, dlm kol 7.15 baru naik..masa nk naik amik pas tu guard xbagi naik sbb blum kol 7.30..so bila dapat naik..sampai je klinik dapat no 1 sekali jumpe dr Hamizah yeayyy..xsabar n berdebar2 pulak. then dlm kol 7.45 cmtu da kne panggil ngn dr..cepat sungguh!.. dr hamizah mmg sedap mata memandang, die terangkan result2 lab yg buat dulu..

1. Husband sperm analysis:

Concentration: 60 (normal: >15) GOOD!
Total Count: 84 (normal >39) GOOD!
Motility (pergerakan sperm): 66.6 (normal >40) GOOD!
Normal Morphology: 32 (normal >4) GOOD!

Kesimpulan Sperma husband sangat bagus..hehe

2. Wife Hormone Analysis

FSH: 6.42 (normal: 3.5 - 13) GOOD!
LH: 12.53 (normal: 2.4-12) too much NOT GOOD :(
Progesterone : 2.21 (mesti >80 utk ovulate) NOT GOOD :(

kesimpulan dr kate mmg simpton biasa bagi pcos LH tinggi dan progesterone rendah.

jadi dr bagi option untuk start treatment: natural with clomid or iui

kitorg pilih iui sebab nk ekspress terus..huhu..so dr kate bole start rwatan hari ni. jadi mula dengan clomid 100mg OD  for 5 days dan Inj Puregon (FSH) 50 IU EOD (every other day) for 3 days.

Clomid makan pkul 10pm dan inject pkul 10.15pm. scary ok nk inject ni..time nurse tu ajar cmne nk inject die tnye sape nk inject, berebut2 husband n wife nk inject...haha..gelak je nurse tu.

then 15/4/14 ni ade appointment lagi utk cek telur matang ke x.

Kos hari ni:

Rawatan: RM10
Tab Clomid 50mg 10 biji: RM36
Inj Puregon 50 iu 3 kotak: RM226
Syringe x 3: RM1.80
TOTAL: RM274.00

"Ya Allah, Matangkan lah telur2 ku...dan mudahkan lah urusan iui kami ya Allah"

3rd appointment LPPKN

Wahh..lamenye x update blog. Bz la sgt kan..sbnrnye more pd xde mood plak nk menulis..

Well..TTC progress terhenti sbb terperiod plak lps wat HSG tu kan..then alhamdulillah on 14 mac sy period semula. A bit shock sbb period awal which cycle ni 26 hari shj and period secara sendirinya.

So memandangkn 14 mac tu hari jumaat, so isnin la which hari ke4 period kne g amik darah utk D2-5.

Mls2 nk g lppkn..xbole ke amik drh kat area s alam je..huhu..dgn nk meredah jam nyee..dlm kol 10 smpai sbb gerak lmbt dr uma sesorg coz mls nk susahkan husband n waze bg jln super pandai..kurang tol tp kemain pusing smpai ke mid valley bagai. Amik no then tunggu giliran. Then 1/2jam cmtu dah di panggil then bila nk amik drh tu ade problem plak sbb aritu sy byr pakej amik drh utk 3 shots sekali (D2, STD & D21) tp menandangkan cycle lps sy xg D21 diorg kate kne byr for the whole cycle blk..sy mintk confrmation sbb yg xsuruh sy dtg ni doc bukan sy sendiri xnk dtg kan..selamat nurse lppkn sgt baik2..diorg jumpe beberapa sister dan akhirnya berjaya runding utk just byr for this time amik drh only. D21 nnt guna yg last month xjadi ambik tu. Bukan cerewet ke hape..satu da nk akhir bulqn da xde duit..kiki..dua sbb sy nk claim blk duit kerajaan..so klu leh nk minimizekan la pembaziran...kannn..acecece..hehe

So kol 11.15 dah settle, mintk time slip, die bg smpai kol 12.15!yeayy..pasty bos kate masuk lps lunch hour je sbb sy ade kje luar arini..horeyy.

Hope this investigation cycle berjalan dgn lancar..xsabar nk wat treatment! >_<

Start Over Again

Maha Suci Allah yang sebaik-baik perancang.

Plan nk start treatment bulan 3 nanti terbantut. alkisahnya.....

2/2/14 - 1st day period selepas di induce by duphaston 10mg
11/2/14 - period end
13/2/14 - HSG done. heavy bleeding after that
15/2/14 - bleeding almost stop
16/2/14 - bleeding continue, almost like period type of blood
18/2/14 - called lppkn to consult doc about bleeding. dr hamizah ask to seek for local gp first before meeting her.
21/2/14 - still bleeding heavy. went to Hosp Umra Shah Alam for consultation, met Dr Getha. She was surprise to know that i'm undergone HSG without any doc scan me or asked about my history as she knows (according to my previous record there) i'm a pcoser. she said having a cyst is a risk to do HSG because the dye inserted can twist the cyst at the ovary making the placement of ovary altered or it may cause the cyst to rupture. She also said that HSg is not for everyone. the best soluton for cyst is laparoscopy. done physical check and TVS, Dr Getha confirm it is period bleeding as she didn't see any scar tissue or any baby inside. cyst also in normal size. Dr suggest to come back to LPPKN this monday as today will be my appointmnt to take the D21 blood test.
24/2/14 - called lppkn explaining about my condition, Dr Hamizah said to have to start over again in the next cycle. ( D2 adn D21 blood test for FSH) T_T

k that's it. agak sedih sebab mmg berangan-angan nk start treatment yg pertama bulan 3 ni. Tp Allah tangguhkan rezeki tu kan. xtau plak lps HSG tu adalah period. adei. maybe dye yg masuk tu mmg die tlg tolakkan yg tersumbat kot tu yg bleeding agaknya. hope lps period ni leh conceive secara normal dulu..aminnnn

P/S: Allah tangguhkan sesuatu nikmat utk bagi nikmat yg lebih baik di masa akan dtg kan..kalau bukan kat dunia, kat akhirat nanti inshaAllah...

2nd Appointment

Assalammualaikum wbt.

2/2/14 lepas saya period alhamdulillah..setelah segala kesakitan pms selama 2-3 hari sblm dan slps period di harungi. tu yg xsuka mkn ubat utk induce period, sakitnye xleh nk tahan. keras je perut. so, ikut jadual, kne g lppkn utk amik darah hari ke2-5 period. so semalam, 4/2/14 which hari ke 3 period baru berkesempatan pergi sana.

bertolak dr rumah pkul 2, dlm pkul 2.45pm dah smpai, amik nombor, kepilkan no pada kad temujanji dan tunggu nama di panggil. after 1/2 hour cmtu, nurse pun panggil utk amik darah suami dan isteri. isteri utk ujian FSH dan STD, suami utk STD shj (lelaki mne ade FSH lol). dah amik darah, byr kat kaunter. Bil hari ni RM110 shj termasuk untuk amik darah pada hari ke 21 nanti.

owh btw dah set appointmnt dengan KPJ Shah Alam utk prosedur HSG 15/1 ni. actually 15/1 ni hari ke-14 saya period, HSG kne buat dalam hari ke9-14, so nurse letak kan tarikh hari last skali sbb sy biasa period lebih dari 10 hari. tp nurse tu kate if period abes awal bole reschedule balik. mula2 hubby suruh buat kat kpj klang sbb kat situ xramai org, tp kpj klang xde doc pmpuan. so tuka ke shah alam. shah alam ade both doc laki n pmpuan n nurse kate tarikh tu setktk ni doc pmpuan tu ade. so better la kan..malu la nk mintk doc laki wat prosedur tuuuuu..selagi ade pilihan, selagi tu kita boleh pilih kn..bukan kritikal pun..ni kne byk praktiskan fiqh dlm perubatan ni..hehe

ok itu sahaja.

1st Appointment

Assalammualaikum wbt..

ok post aritu saya tipu, appointmnt yg 20/1/2014 tu sy tuka ke 23/1/2014 iaitu semalam..huhu.. sbb sy tau balik bercuti aritu mesti penat gila..dan ternyata smpai skrg rasa jetlag dan demam2 sikit..

ok bercerita mengenai appointment pertama saya di LPPKN Jln raja laut KL, kami bertolak dr rumah dlm jam 6.50pagi, akibat jam KL yg tiada bandingannya, kami sampai dlm pkul 8.15 pagi. ingat da awal la tu, tgk2 sampai klinik dan lbh kurang 8 psngn yg tunggu..huhu..

ok first ambil nombor kat kaunter.

then jumpe nurse di kaunter ckp nk register untuk kali pertama treatment. dia pun bukak fail baru, wat tag semua then die panggil suami suruh buat prosedur keluarkan air mani di tingkat 7. waktu tu suami pandang mengharap saya ikut, but sy senyum je n ckp senyap2 "good luck!" haha..ok jahat. then tunggu untuk diorg panggil untuk di interview..dan alhamdulillah sy dr DR HAMIZAH.. i dont know who she is but i know she's a SHE! yeayy..

lama jugak la dalam pkul 9 lebih baru nurse panggil. die ambil bacaan berat badan (63.2kg) yes! turun! hehehe..ok la kan..dan amik tinggi (154m) dan duduk die interview. antara soalannya:

-bila kahwin?
-berapa kerap bersama suami dlm seminggu
-pernah kahwin sblm ni?
-pernah bertukar pasangan?
-pernah buat rawatan kesuburan?
-bila last period?
-pernah cek darah utk cek hormon?
-pernah pregnant/gugur x sblm ni?

ok tu la antaranya..suami isteri lbh kurang sama lah soalannya. but sbb sy dah 3 bulan xperiod, die suruh sy wat UPT, and as expected, BFN..hehe..punya la hubby berharap sampai wat dialog lagi "pn asma xpyh wat rawatan ye sbb dah pregnant 2 bulan" haha..ok sbr ye syg..kite baru nk start enjin ni..

ok then die suruh tunggu dlm 45 mins lg utk ujian sperma keluar.

pening jgk nk digest 1st day ni..mcm2 prosedur..huhu..slmt ade background medical kan..

surat doc utk wat HSG.. HSG ni prosedur utk scan uterus supaya dpt tau ade blockage x kat tiup fallopio tu. die kate nk g mane2 hosp optional..so die suggest wat kat KPJ shah alam.

ini ape yg perlu di ambil time D2-D5 dan D21 period dah harga sekali..

sbb pg td xsempat sarapan, kami pun turun tingkat 2 untuk sarapan pagi.

then dlm pkul 10.50 cmtu nurse panggil utk bgtau result sperm. punya la hubby berdebar kan..last2 alhamdulillah NORMOSPERMIA means sperm tu normal count je. tp amount kenormalan tu nurse xreti nk interpret, die suruh tunggu time jmpe doc nnt. owh btw lupa nk bgtau, 1-3 appointmnt mmg xkn jmpe doc dlu sbb nk wat investigation semua..br jumpe doc. ok pastu nurse tu terangkan ape next step kami. seperti ini:



tp sy tney die mcm mne nk tunggu sy period? sbb sy xtau bila next sy period.. nurse tu mcm blur plak..die kate die xpernah plak encounter kes yg dah lame xperiod cmni..sy pelik la..eh abes yg dtg sini kes mcm mne?? huhu..then die kate tunggu smpai bulan 2 if period x mai jgk br call PA doc utk tnye nk wat ape..sy mcm..lorrr tujuan sy dtg sini la sy nk tau sy wat ape next..tp xckp la kat nurse tu kan..huhu..

ok then keluar bilik nurse utk byr rawatan, tetiba nurse tu panggil balik..die kate die xperasan doc ade prescribe ubat..sy tgk doc tulis DUPHASTON..ooo..haa betul la ni tuk turunkn darah..ape la nurse ni..hehe..ok, kitorg amik ubat dulu then bayar.. lps byr kami jumpe kerani situ utk tanye psl claim memandangkan say gov servant.

so, die terang claim boleh buat smpai IVF included xpernah gugur along the way. cara nk claim pd setiap abesnya cycle IUI, bg semua resit pd die dan die akan keluarkan surat claim yg dah doc sain..then bwk surat tu pd majikan utk majikan sain. then done! so, if wat 2-3 kali iui, setiap kali abesnye cycle iui tu hantarla resit..paham? hehe..utk IVF plak, presedur xdi cover, cuma ubat je diorg cover..IVF kat sini dlm average RM10-12k die kate..harga ubat dalam RM5k ikut doc..so ok la kan..not bad..

dan lps tu kami pun balik dgn penuh harapan akan period minggu dpn inshaAllah..

owh btw, semlm sy pos kat fb personal yg kami wat rwtn kesuburan kat sini..then xsangka ramai plak yg like n tnye psl lppkn ni..rupenye ramai je membr yg xpreggy tp xpernah wat pape pn sbb xtau ade kemudahan cmni..aiyooo...so hubby kate die kne jadi inspirasi diorg n bg masyarakat kita buka mata pasal perkara ni..sbb klu g wat rawatan die org akan spekulate mandul la, xreti la, etc kan..so kne educate masyarakat kita utk benda2 cmni..semngat tul husband..ok i agree with that.. inshaAllah sy akan tulis jgk psl entry mcm ni kat blog sy satu lagi..cuma blog ni agak private utk segala luahan2 yg merepek je..hee

ok till then, doakan saya period minggu dpn so dpt wat HSG plak..

Pseudopregnancy

pernah dgr tak istilah ni? mestilah ttcian sekalian selalu dgr kan..lgi2 kita yg overly concern about getting pregnant fast! haha

ok, since my first month of marriage, mmg ter excited lebih nk pregnant awal (even though time tu dah tau ade PCOS, huhu). so, lewat sehari je dah cek upt, padahal sblm kawen xkesah pn bila period nk mai. (period sy sgt tak regular). jadi opkos lah BFN. dan every month pun cek smpai la bulan ke4 lps kawen, dah immune dgn period lambat. but masa bulan ke 6, time tu period lewat xingat berapa minggu dah, setiap hari lewat tu cek guna upt yg murah tu (RM1/strips) saya beli online. so xde la rase bersalah guna byk2..hehe..dan ade 1 time tu dapat 2 line! gile excited! dah la test lps bgn tido pagi. then bila repeat test pn 2 line (guna urine yg sama) but esknye 1 line balik..tepon husband, die kate weeknd ni g klinik. pergi je klinik doc xwat pape pun, die tnye je mcm wat soal selidik, bila sebut je ade pcos, die terus wat conclusion yg sy susah nk preggy natural dan die xpernah jmpe patient die yg pcos preggy tanpa bantuan. gile down mase tu. ape la doc ckp cmtu, xde motivasi langsung!! gerrr...ok seminggu lps tu period..T_T suspen je kan...

ok nk cerita kat sini, sbnrnye entry ni due to my condition now. if termasuk hari ni, saya dah 149 hari since my first day of my last period, means if dah pregnant dah 22 minggu dah..huhu..sejak kebelakangan ni terasa mcm simptom2 pregnant pulak.. 2 hari lepas, x pernah2 bangun malam nk g toilet, mlm tu terbangun plak sbb tak thn nk g kencing..huu.. ini mungkin juga sbb sy skrg minum green tea hmpr 3 minggu, so frequency ke toilet tu mmg kerap even waktu siang. dan malam tadi rase cramp gile mcm period pain. sy klu period je rase cmni. mungkin sbb dah lame xperiod kot. plg ketara rase kat bahagian kiri uterus. sakit smpai husband tgk urutkan. lega sikit bila kena urut. td bangun pg rase cramp bhgian kaki kiri plak..bkn cramp teruk la die mcm lenguh2.. bwk kete nk g kerja pn td rase lenguh..smpai opis duduk sakit belakang plak..nk duduk xselesa, pinjam opismatenye bantal utk wat sandar. hurm, xpnah plak rase cmni.. letih sgt kot ek..

ok fyi, sy xpnah cek upt pun since lewat ni. penat kecewa sbb 1 line je naik. so esoklah penentu segalanya. esk my first appointmnt kat lppkn, so tunggu esk je la ek..mengada2 je nk rase pregnant..huhu

if pregnant pn ok pe kan..if tak pn ok, leh start treatment terus kat sana. :)

Appointment set!

Assalammualaikum wbt,

Alhamdulillah ya Allah for 2014. another exciting year ahead inshaAllah (or with sweat and tears maybe,huhu). semalam (1/1/2014) hubby tiba2 cakap, tahun ni tahun membuat anak...hehe..yeayy!! alhamdulillah hubby sangat supportive untuk TTC. hubby kate jgk matlamat kena jelas if nk sesuatu, so that, Allah tahu kesungguhan kite, kalau nk x nk je mane Allah nk bagi kan.;)

So, as referred to my PREVIOUS POST, hari ni saya try call LPPKN jln raja laut dan guess what? we got appointment set on 20 Jan 2014 ni, ptg pkul 2! MashaAllah alhamdulillah. so die amik details, no tepon hubby sekali die amik, then die bgtau syarat-syarat2 sebelum pergi appointmnt:

1. kena datang dengan suami
2. bawa I/C dan sijil nikah
3. ambik cuti sebab mungkin makan masa 1/2 hari
4. jangan bersama suami (suami tak boleh keluarkan air mani) 3-5 hari sebelum appointment.

ok yg nombor 4 tu merunsingkan sikit sebab weeknd before 20hb tu mmg da beli tiket nk g vacation ngn hubby!! huaaaa...kesianla die g vacation kne puasa..huhu..

tp memandangkan mmg 20 tu mmg nk mintk cuti sbb post vacation, jadi, bertahan je lah...huhu..

owh ya, die jugak ade tanye pernah mengandung or gugur ke.. saya pun xpasti sbb ape die tanye.. maybe ade criteria die kot untuk amik patient kan..

ape2 pun sangat excited untuk start our TTC journey! hoyehhh
