Ivf #2 FET #1 - The Plan

Assalammualaikum wbt,

Today is the day we met prof hashim to plan for our frozen embryo transfer. On our way to the clinic, we pass by prof before he enter his room, and he quickly recognize us! Hehe im glad we are nit just a pass-by patient to him. 

So this is his plan:

Haha at first, i'm a bit confused when he explain, which i'm usually a fast learner since all the medical term is not a jargon term for me, but this time, my husband need to explain a little bit for me to catchup everything haha. 

Basicly, he plan to increase my uterine lining using Tab Progynova 2mg 3 times a day for 4 days, follow by uterine scan to measure the lining thickness. If everything went well, prof plan to mimick this cycle as a OPU cycle, as to use my follicles to produce the needed hormone when pregnancy occur. So, i need to inject HCG twice, once for 10,000iu right after my lining reach above 8mm, and another 5000 iu after my predicted ovulation time (on day 15). Then follow by tab duphaston to maintain my progesterone reading, and a day before transfer i need to inject decapeptyl (to prevent premature ovulation, or in other words, stop all hormone that function to help follicle development) as a preperation to fet. 

I feel a little but scared, but excited at the same time. I had a good feeling about this cycle, but i put all my faith to Allah.
