semlm hubby dah bising2 sbb dah seminggu lbh xpergi gym..huaaa..i sgt lah pemalas nk g gym xtau sbb ape.. letih mungkin balik kje rase nk baring je...ye la mane die xbising nye, die yg byr gym i tu..hehe..jadi semalam buat senaman ringan je kat uma iaitu:
lompat bintang 30x
squat 20x
alternate lunges for both legs and bring leg upward 20x
ok 1 lgi ni xtau name die ape. tp cara die berdiri tegak, letak kedua2 tangan blkg kepala, bawa lutut kanan keatas kiri selisih dgn siku kiri..cmtu..huhu 20x
ulang untuk 3 set
ok la berpeluh sikit..dan tercungap jgk..

Bagusnya Asma'... i ni seminggu sekali pon susah nk bersenam...harap jaga makan je... huhuhuhu...(tu yg x target banyak2 tu...)
